The hot vulcanization process we use creates a permanent chemical bond between the rubber compound and the steel plates, producing a bond stronger than the rubber itself. This means that in a properly manufactured mount, the rubber will tear before the bond fails.
Every production batch undergoes quality control testing that includes Shore A hardness measurement, dimensional verification against engineering drawings, and visual inspection of bond quality.
